How Jordsk™ Cladding Materials Are Made

Jordsk™ materials are made using recycled content and engineered for performance. Our WPC and SPC flooring is extruded for durability, water resistance, and easy installation. Marble tiles are precisely cut and finished for consistent quality in indoor flooring and wall applications.

Wood-Plastic Composite

Jordsk™ WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) products are manufactured by combining recycled wood fibers with polyethylene and additives. This mixture is heated, extruded into planks, and then shaped with grooved or wood grain finishes for improved traction and design.

Our co-extrusion process adds a protective outer layer to select WPC profiles, enhancing durability and resistance to UV exposure, stains, and surface wear. This method ensures long-term performance in outdoor environments while reducing the need for frequent replacement or refinishing.

Stone-Plastic Composite

Jordsk™ SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring is made using a core blend of natural limestone powder, stabilizers, and PVC. This rigid core is layered with a printed film and topped with a clear wear layer to replicate the look of wood while offering greater resistance to dents, moisture, and daily wear.

Each SPC vinyl plank is precision-milled for a click-lock installation system, enabling fast, glue-free setup. The material’s dimensional stability and water resistance make it ideal for indoor spaces with heavy foot traffic or exposure to humidity, such as kitchens and offices.

Stone

Jordsk™ Stone tiles are sourced from premium stone quarries and processed with precision cutting and polishing techniques. Each tile is selected for consistent veining, tone, and finish, providing a clean, high-end look for interior applications.
